late policy
in order to maintain proper timing, and respect for the client after your appointment, if you are going to be more then 15 minutes late, forfeiture of styling or rescheduling your appointment may occur.
guarantee
your happiness is extremely important to me, that being said, if you are unhappy with the end result of your hair, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment and i will make sure that i will correct what you are unhappy with. please do not try to fix your hair yourself, doing so will void this policy. i do not give refunds.

if you purchase any product and are unhappy with it, you may bring it and i will switch the product with another of equal value of your preference.

cancellation policy
as we all know, life happens... kids get sick, sometimes we have to work late. if you are unable to make it to your appointment, please give 24-48 hours notice when cancelling your appointment. more than 3 late cancelations will result in either a cancelation fee, required deposit upon appointment request or removal from my books.

pricing
all prices are base prices and are determined by hair length and density and other factors. they are also subject to change.
illness
if you or someone in your household is ill, out of consideration of myself, future guest, suite mate and her guest, i would prefer you to reschedule your appointment.
